This game is perhaps the first networked virtual world in which there were people represented as avatars and which allow players to communicate and form a 'virtual community. It was run for three year as a beta-test state, before being closed down in 1988.
An improved version of this game was exploited commercially under the title "Club Caribe". This project was also released in Japan by Fujistu under the name "Fujistu Habitat".
