Integral part of the MIRROR project
The overall aim of the MIRROR project is to empower and engage employees to reflect on their past work performances and personal learning experiences in order to learn in “real-time” and to creatively and immediately solve pressing problems. MIRROR shall help employees to increase their level and breadth of experience significantly, within short time by catching other’s experiences. Reflective learning is a tacit knowledge and it doesn’t take place in an explicit way. A prerequisite for this type of learning is to rely on human ability in order to directly learn in an efficient and effective way.
