Fragments of a secret prophecy are appearing all over Greece. As the magician Lidia, you must unravel these prophecies to prevent a new war between the Gods and Titans.

7 Artifacts is a match three game. Using your mouse, click an item then click the items to the left, right, above or below to swap them so as to make a straight row of three or more of the same. These will then disappear and the others will drop down to fill the gap. There are letters in the puzzle that you must collect. When you gather all the letters, you clear the level. You must do this before time runs out.

As you progress through the levels, you get bonuses. A bonus is created when you match four or more of any item. There are eight possible bonuses. The first you get is called Meteor. When you click it, it destroys the eight items, other than letters, that surround it. Other bonuses include the horizontal lightning that destroys all items to the left and right and the multielemental that can be used as any item to make a match.

There are also, as the game is called, seven artifacts that you recover as you progress through the levels. To activate an artifact, you must make a match of three or more of a certain item twice in a row. The artifacts include the Herald of Fortune that creates two random bonuses on the board, the Heart of Fire that destroys a group of items in the center of the board and Monarch that releases a ghost. When this ghost is below an item, make a match with it in the match to be rewarded with either the hint button activated, three items removed from beneath the nearest letter or creating a bonus.
