Between the Lines is an unofficial add-on for Operation Flashpoint: Cold War Crisis. It features three consecutive campaigns with overall 37 missions. Here the player takes the part of a doctor who joins the rebel group after the enemy destroys his home and kills his family. Like Operation Flashpoint: Cold War Crisis the game features cutscenes and a variety of mission goals, e.g. espionage, conquering a settlement or flying.
