Clear Out is an improved stand-alone version of the puzzle game of the same name included in the Absolute Puzzle compilation. The aim of the game is to select groups of two or more blocks of the same color (horizontal of vertical) from a board to clear it. Next to the Normal mode where an entire screen needs to be cleared, this version adds a Chaos mode. In this time-sensitive mode, only half of the screen is filled with blocks, but new lines are added at regular intervals. When the lines reach the top of the screen, the game is over. There is also a bomb item in this mode - clicking it removes 6 adjacent blocks. Next to the new game mode, the graphics have also been improved. [source:mobygames]
