Legacy Software offered this law simulation game for online ordering only and shipped it on 3 CD-rom discs. It was not available on the retail level except as part of a bundled compilation, released later.

You play the new Assistant District Attorney who has been given a brand new case. The police have finished their investigations and nabbed who they believe committed the crime. It's up to you to get the case ready to take to the courtroom and then go before the judge.

As the title suggests, the gist of this case is about the theft of a diamond necklace and camera. The stolen items were found in the car of a young co-ed, whom the cops arrested. Much of their evidence is circumstantial, however, so you have more work ahead of you to find more proof.

Talk to fashion photographers, models and family members. Gather evidence by using your digital camera. In your computer notebook, order tests and study similar case histories in the law library. Compile all of your case notes, witness statements and test results in the "Case Constructor" which will form the basis for the trial. Then head to the courtroom to present the case. If all goes well, there will be a conviction.

Real actors and actresses play the parts in this game, which is very much like an interactive movie. It features a point and click interface, FMV graphics, music and sound effects. [source:mobygames]
