In this erotic game, the player directs the activities of a Shinto priestess, laying to rest a series of disturbed spirits, some more depraved than others, haunting a mansion. These spirits sexually assault her en masse at their first encounter, and enchant her to become a futa (someone with gender-reassigned genitals). Compounding her troubles, the mansion grounds also host a ghost hunter, competing with the player through an unethical technique of merely destroying the spirits for cash. The player subsequently engages these spirits one by one to help resolve unfinished business from when they were alive, often being then drawn into erotic side-business.

Player control is minimal, consisting of directing the priestess to adjacent rooms, talking to anyone present there, examining the room, and using a rune scroll to skip past any ghosts found there (and other occasional inventory items such as keys). Also there is limited interaction in conversation, typically allowing the player to follow a moral and sexual ideology of purity or corruption, impacting what rank the player achieves at the end of the game.
