This remake of the Spanish platform game from 1987 updates the graphics, sounds, brick physics and controls, while remaining faithful to the original gameplay. As in the old game, the player controls a thief in his night job of stealing any valuables and money laying around unprotected. The game starts in a sewer hideout, from where he can travel to any part of the city by following the connected pipes of the plumbing system, and riding the service elevators to reach the streets.
The thief has only one weapon, clay bricks that can be thrown at any approaching enemy to knock them out. The strength of the throw can be adjusted by holding and releasing a button to fill the force meter at the bottom, making the brick bounce from walls and other surfaces before finally shattering on the ground. Money bags can be found on several locations, and the funds accumulated are used to purchase the required trade tools at the hardware store, where useful objects like drillers, spanners, keys and other helpful items can be acquired to help complete the bank robbery.
The city is populated by bizarre cartoon characters that roam the town, hitting or holding the main character and removing some of his health energy. He can recover the lost energy by drinking the foaming beer glasses scattered around the levels. The thief carries a ladder that can be deployed anywhere to reach high places. The character dies instantaneously when walking over certain hazardous environments, like lakes and cement mixture barrels. The game language can be set to English or Spanish.
