Hugo the TV Troll wants to throw a party for his friends Jean Paul and Fernando. Everything is set, but they do not have enough fish to eat. You play as Hugo, standing on a stone in the middle of a river. You need to catch fish with your net. The net can be held at three different heights, on either side, and you can guess the correct action by watching the fishes' movement and colour. The net can only hold a maximum of five fish, so you need to empty it regularily. If you miss a fish, it will knock you off the stone and you lose a life. At times, other animals such as birds and insects appear - you need to avoid these. Hugo only has three lives and there is only one backdrop. As you progress, fish appears more quickly.
