In Hulk Hogan?s Main Event, players train with wrestling superstar and icon Hulk Hogan in the sport of professional wrestling. As an in-game mentor, Hulk Hogan helps players build their own wrestling personality and schools them in the art of showmanship to win over the crowd. The game has a cartoon-like graphical style and requires the Kinect peripheral in order to play. The game is shown from a behind-shoulder camera and various moves need to be performed by moving arms and legs to have the character on the screen reenact them. Played as a regular fighting game with health bars, players perform combos, stunts, pins, hard hits and attempt to knock opponents to the mat.
