The only way to control her is to press the mouse button to make her jump. This allows you to overcome obstacles and reach higher platforms. The screens "wraps", meaning that if you walk out on one side you will reappear at the opposite side.

The time on each level is limited, and if you make a mistake and take the wrong way the risk is that you will not be able to collect all the kids on the stage in time. If you one the other hand are quick and find an optimal route you can earn bonus point for the time left on each stage.
