Jagd auf die Vogelgrippe is a Moorhuhn variant. The player takes the part of a farmer who wants to protect his chicken from the avian influenza. That's why he shoots every infected bird that crosses his sight.

The player is stationary and can turn within 360°. He uses his gun, which has to be reloaded after a few shots, to shoot the birds. Infected ones give points but healthy ones subtract from the score. The player has five chickens on his farms and every time an infected bird escapes, one of them gets infected too. If it is nearly dying it uses to a big slingshot to hurl itself away. Then the player can, similar to skeet shooting, kill it to get a new healthy one. The goal of every level (overall three) is it to have at least one chicken left when the time runs out.

The player has a health meter too which gets decreased when an infected bird flies over him within a short range. Sometimes bonus items appear which give the player advantages when shot, e.g, refilled health, a short time of influenza immunity for the chicken or a machine gun. [source:mobygames]
