Johnny Platform's Biscuit Romp is pretty much exactly what the title suggests: a man named Johnny jumps around on Platforms, some of which are Biscuits, and he generally Romps around. Not mentioned in the title, but also important, are Johnny's affinity for coffee as well as the army of evil robots he must defeat.

Johnny Platform is a single-screen puzzle platform game where the player must find a way to eliminate all on-screen enemies and reach the door. Some stages feature biscuits which can be pushed around, and Johnny himself can also double-jump and pop enemies by jumping upon their heads. There are also cups of coffee on each stage, and if Johnny collects enough of these, he gets an extra life. There are more than 50 stages, and the game saves a checkpoint every five stages.
