Kama Sutra: Manara is based on the comic book by the Italian artist Milo Manara (his drawings are also used for the game's graphics), which in its turn is based on Vatsyayana's philosophical erotic book Kama Sutra, written in India in the Gupta dynasty period (ca. 4th century AD).
You play as the beautiful female college student Parva. One day she accidentally comes into possession of a strange package containing an ancient erotic symbol. While she is having a threesome with her best friend Loulou and her boyfriend, a member of the occult Hindu sect, the Thugs, attacks the young people. Through a series of events, Parva and her friends get involved in the secrets of the dark cult of the goddess Kali. Now Parva has to use her wit as well as her attractive body to solve puzzles and to escape the wrath of the Thugs safely.
This is a point-and-click adventure game with hand-drawn graphics. The interaction is done through a single cursor. Most of the puzzles have erotic contect, such as for example matching tiles with pictures from Kama Sutra engraved on them.
