Kulki (Marbles) is a board game, taking place on a 9x9 board. At the beginning of the game, five marbles of random colors appear in random squares. The player then has to move a marble by clicking it and then clicking on where he wants to move it. (The marble must have an unobstructed route to its target). Once he moves a marble, three more appear in random spots, and he has to make a move again.
The objective is to arrange marbles in horizontal, vertical or diagonal lines that consist of at least 5 marbles of the same color. Once this happens, those marbles disappear and the player gets some points and a free move (without new marbles appearing). The game ends when the whole board is filled with marbles.
In the "Options" menu, it is possible to change the number of various colors that the marbles can assume (5, 7 or 9; the more colors there are, the more points the player gets for making lines); turn on the "mono monitor" mode, which makes it easier to play on a black-and-white monitor; and turn on "next colors", a hint displaying in the bottom left of the screen, which shows the colors of the marbles that are going to appear next. Turning on this option lessens the number of points that the player gets for making lines, though.
