This expansion to Left 4 Dead, unlike the free Survival Pack previously released, costs 560 MS Points for Xbox 360 players but was still free for the PC. It continues the story from the end of the "No Mercy" campaign in the original game with the four survivors having an expanded game area with new dialogue and locations set on the outskirts of a small industrial town in a new two-chapter campaign that's playable in single-player, co-op and competitive multiplayer. The events lead up to the original "Death Toll" campaign.

There's also several new maps for use in Survival mode and a faster 30 minute Versus mode. Infected teammates now have a recharge timer added to so attacks can be better coordinated. To attain a more balanced gameplay, item spawn behavior was also changed. [source:mobygames]
