The conceit for this interactive audio drama is that Kevin Fell is recording the sounds, conversations and monologues of a day in his life as a multimedia-enhanced love letter to his foreign girlfriend Jen. The player gets to be a fly on the wall as the recorder rolls on, capturing both planned romantic moments and surprise complications. There's an old scriptwriters' convention that when things grow dull, have two men enter the scene carrying drawn handguns; their arrival definitely thickens the plot here, the gunmen strangely intoning their requirement to fulfil the requirements of "phase 2". Could they be related to Kevin's university research? At this dramatic juncture, and through several others, the player/listener gets to direct the flow of the action through binary choices, skipping through different audio tracks as directed to arrive at the consequences of their selections.
