Momentum Missile Mayhem (or simply MMM) is a defense game which focuses on physics to attack and repel the endless waves of enemy tanks. Once a certain amount of units gets past the player, the game is over.
The player takes control of a Gravity Launcher which can shoot various kinds of energy projectiles. Those energy projectiles collide into the enemy tanks and in addition to damaging them, send them flying towards other units and causing massive damage.
Each destroyed unit gives the player experience points, and once the experience bar fills the tech level raises and the player gets skill points used to upgrade his Gravity Launcher and obtain new energy projectiles and other power-ups.
The three main upgrades to the Gravity Launcher are Energy (to be able to shoot stronger energy projectiles more frequently), Stability (as there's always a risk an energy projectile will fail and damage the Gravity Launcher) and Projectile (access to new, stronger energy projectiles).
Other power-ups include Implosion and Shockwave (two types of gravity anomalies), Antimatter Charge (a projectile that detonates on impact) and the Zero-Point Energy Manipulator (the ability to use the mouse and freely throwing units around).
Once the game is over the player can submit his/her score to an online scoreboard.
