A cozy New Year's eve is interrupted for Mortimer when his neighbours, The MacFear's, invite him over to their castle to investigate the disappearance of family heirlooms. Now Mortimer with your help must traverse through the entire castle looking for the missing treasures.

Mortimer and the Enchanted Castle is a puzzle game where you must lay down the appropriate blocks or objects in the path of Mortimer in order for him to make his way to the exit of each level. You will have access to different objects depending on the level that you are playing. Stairs to obviously climb up, bombs to blow up obstacles, or trampolines to bounce over pits and chasms.

Be on the look out for dangers such as the aforementioned chasms as well as aged blocks which can only be stepped on once. Some levels will ask Mortimer to collect a key before he can exit. There are ninety levels to pass as well as four tutorial levels which must be completed before taking on the real adventure. [source:mobygames]
