Hector has escaped the Indigo Dungeon only to wind up in the Violet Vault.
Once more, you are on a quest to crack the puzzles of each room and gather the trapped souls. You still must gather keys for locked doors, move or use crates and avoid skeletons and zombies but there is another antagonist lurking about: ghosts. Ghosts differ from skeletons and zombies in several ways, beyond appearance. While skeletons travel up and down in the same line and zombies travel left and right in the same line, ghosts patrol in a square path, completing a track. While zombies and skeletons are stopped by metal crates but can move wooden ones, ghosts will veer away when coming up to any crate, although they can activate switches. Their touch, however, is just as deadly.
