Plastilinovyj Son is a humorous point and click adventure game where all the characters, backgrounds and objects are made entirely of plasticine and shot as a live video. A similar technique was employed in the 1996 game Neverhood and it's sequels and the fighting game series Clay Fighter.
Plastilinovyj Son is set in a fantasy dream world, which is populated by the good creatures called Dreams. And everything in there was fine until one evil Dream called Daydream decided to destabilize the idyllic world by destroying the Dream Crystal - a source of positive energy in the Universe. He smashed it into six shards which didn't fly away in random directions, but ended up in the dreams of just one family. Now, the good Dream, named Ruff, has to enter their slumber and retrieve the pieces. The family consists of six members and everybody see different dreams at night: the boy sees travel do the moon and the aliens, the cat sees dogs and mice, grandpa dreams of fishing and so on. Ruff has to be very careful not to wake them from their sleep, while fulfilling his quest.
