Schwimmbad Tycoon is a typical tycoon game where the player is responsible for the financial success of his property, in this case a swimming bath. In the free playing mode the player has an empty space to his disposal which he uses to build things like swimming pools or water syringes which hopefully draw customers in. He can also design his own water slides. Additionally he employs bath attendants, cleaning personnel and mechanics to maintain the infrastructure. Snack bars and similar buildings generate additional income.

If the park is done with building he opens his business to the public. He can watch the customers which walk around his property. The game also features a dynamic weather system which influences the behaviour of the customers. Ten scenarios give special tasks to the player. [source:mobygames]
