Sexy Poker 2006, the sequel to Sexy Poker 2004, is a strip poker game for mobile phones. It offers three game modes and six girls (with a different difficulty level) to play against. Initially, only one mode and one girl is available, the others need to be unlocked. You can practise in quick game or go for full games. The game types are regular poker, blackjack and video poker where all regular rules apply. In the Video poker variant, 5 cards are dealt and you only swap your cards once. Based on the value of that hand, you are awarded cash, without raising, folding or calling.

Advancing is based on cash. You only need to complete one game type against a girl to win the level. If you do well and drive a girl into debt, she starts betting pieces of clothing in exchange for cash. If you manage to win consecutive games, the girls win back their clothes until you run out of cash. Relieving a girl of clothes happens in four stages, and a certain area is blurred out if you managed to completely reveal an opponent. If you move on to the next level, the girl is added to a gallery where you can undress or clothe her in different phases. The theme music is a digitized version of Donna Summer's Hot Stuff.
