In Sniper vs Sniper Online the player gets to takes the role of a sniper and gets to fight against either AI or human enemy snipers. The game features six missions in different locations such as a village, a forest and a city. These can be played in three different game modes: campaign, 1 vs 1 and special mission. In the campaign mode the player has to take down multiple snipers before the time runs out while in 1 vs 1 there is only one. In the special mission complete different tasks under specific conditions, for example taking out an enemy sniper in five seconds or to break a number of flowerpots within a time limit. Each map has five special missions and when they are all completed the player gets an equipment upgrade. This include increased viewing area quicker reload speed or better armour. When playing online player can compete 1 vs 1 or cooperate against AI snipers in the alliance attack mode.

The player has a fixed position on the map and can't move. There are three view modes. The player starts with the full view mode and can use his binoculars to get a closer view. Once an enemy sniper has been located he can switch to an even closer view with his sniper rifle scope. The game uses the accelerometer of the device to look around and aim. Shooting is done by simply tapping the screen. The player gets points depending on how the shot is with a head shot giving the most. [source:mobygames]
