Game Classification

S-Racer is a top-down racing game with just a single track. The player controls a car (presumably) and must use the numeric keys to lead it to the finish. The car can move in eight different directions. If the player hits the side of the road the car explodes and the player must start over from the start.

The car can come to a standstill instantly and only moves if the player holds a button. There is also no acceleration.

When the player reaches the finish line he or she gets to see how long it took him or her. [source:mobygames]
