Tsunami 2265 is an anime-style action game. A mysterious power source called "E.L.E.N.A." is at the center of the plot along with the main characters Naoko Ikari and Neon Shima, two modern samurai. On an Akira-like plot, Neon and Naoko are called to defeat some corrupted politic powers by subtracting E.L.E.N.A. from their hands, using latest generation combat units in the shape of gigantic mechs.
