Many years ago, the Demon King was confronted by a group of young heroes... or perhaps heroines. They have fought him bravely, but could not defeat him. The only thing they could do was seal him with their spiritual powers. But time has passed, and the Demon King has awakened. The young brave heroines (this time definitely female) have to seal him once again! But not so fast, ladies... Because this Demon King is you, the player! Will you be able to defeat the heroines and to become the the ruler of the world?..

Y?sha kara wa Nigerarenai! (meaning "You Can't Escape From The Hero/Heroine") is just what its name implies: as the Demon King, the player is constantly hunted by the very pretty, very sexy, very scantily clad female heroines. Navigating the King over a top-down map in turn-based fashion, the player can change locations and confront different heroines. Once the heroine and the King meet in the same location, a battle screen appears (default perspective is platform). The one-on-one battles are turn-based in the sense that the player has to choose an action from a menu rather than physically execute it; however, the turns are so quick that the combat resembles more battles from fighting games. Timing is crucial in the battles; attacks can be blocked, parried, and rendered ineffective by choosing the right action at the right time.

After each battle, the heroine and the King have sex, regardless of who has won. The sexual interaction is traditional Illusion fare, with mouse movements to simulate player character movements in real time, zooming and full rotation of the camera, interaction with various body parts, etc. If the King has won, he can learn new moves and become more powerful during sex. If he has lost, the heroines drain his spiritual energy and become stronger. The game ends once the King is unable to fight and the heroines eventually seal him. [source:mobygames]
