The agency PEOLEO sign SNCF designing a serious game in the tradition of a Sim City ® codes for the arrival of 4005 new employees within the company. It models a focus on passenger satisfaction in order to discover ecosystem, a fun and educational way, the main business of the train its future employees. The game sparked such enthusiasm internally that has been made available to all employees of the SNCF.
